Wispy Tower stands above Wispy Path on Floria Island, with the Forsaken Laboratory in its grounds and the Wispy Ruins beyond it. It is where the Hidden Library storyline runs.

What is here
Three things share the location: the tower itself, the Forsaken Laboratory in its grounds, and the entrance to the Wispy Ruins. Strength is the field move, with the Golden Gauntlet as its substitute.
The Forsaken Laboratory is password-locked, and the passwords are case-sensitive. UNBOUND and SOUL, both in capitals — lowercase will not work.
The tower is also a Team Xen checkpoint. Five Xen trainers — Malik, Sheila, Danni, Loriel and George — have separate Story and Classic teams at levels 27 to 31, and the two versions are not just level shifts: Malik's Classic party swaps two of his four Pokemon for their evolutions, Loriel gains a Salandit and George's Barboach becomes a Whiscash.
Most of the items are gated on something else rather than on being here. The three Ethers come from Sariah and need six or more badges. The Poison Memory comes from Matthew in the back locked room of the water-flooded room and needs Silvally. The Berry Ice Cream comes from Karen at the Wispy Ruins entrance and needs progress in the Hidden Library quest line. The Reaper Cloth, to the right of the tower, needs Strength.
The encounter table runs two distinct level bands — one at 39-45 led by Stonjourner at 22%, Donphan and Cubone at 20% each, and one at 29-31 led by Dunsparce at 35% and Diglett at 32%.

Before you go
- The laboratory passwords are case-sensitive. UNBOUND and SOUL must both be typed in capitals.
- Three of the nine items need a prerequisite elsewhere: Sariah's Ethers need 6+ badges, Matthew's Poison Memory needs Silvally in the party, and Karen's Berry Ice Cream needs Hidden Library progress.
- The Reaper Cloth needs Strength. If you come early, it is out of reach rather than merely hidden.
- TM118 Pin Missile and the hidden Bold Mint are the only two items here with no gate on them at all.
