Evergreen Forest — Pokémon Rejuvenation Forest Guide
Evergreen Forest is the snowbound forest on Floria Island between Evergreen Island and the Spring of Preservation, and it holds the deepest field-move requirement on the site: six of them.

How to get there
Where this area leads:
| Direction | Leads to |
|---|---|
| North | Spring of Preservation |
| South | Evergreen Island |
Rock Smash, Cut, Surf, Strength, Rock Climb, Headbutt is needed somewhere in this area, not necessarily to enter it — the tables below say where.
What is here
Rock Smash, Cut, Surf, Strength, Rock Climb and Headbutt are all needed somewhere in the forest. Nothing else on the site asks for six, and the Headbutt is not incidental — several items sit behind the headbutt trees.
The Snowballs are the reason to spend time here rather than pass through. Eight separate Snowball spots are recorded across the forest's areas, and every one of them is marked as respawning. That is the only repeatable Snowball source documented on the site.
The rest of the pickups are spread across the same areas — the Swablu area, the Buneary area, the Stantler area and the Snorunt area — and most are hidden in snow patches and blue flower beds. The Dusk Stone is the one sitting in the open, up from the first big stairs at the Buneary area.
The encounters are almost entirely Ice: Snover at 37%, Cubchoo at 24% and Vanillite at 20%, at levels 35-38. For a Floria location that is an unusual table, and it pairs with the Ice Heal and Ice Gem pickups.
Two trainers work the forest. Shiela is a Fragrant Lady with a Jynx and a Sealeo, and Sarai is a Yukata Girl with Raboot, Wigglytuff and Eiscue — with separate and genuinely different Classic teams.
| Landmark | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Snowball spots | Eight recorded spawn points, all respawning — the only repeatable Snowball source on the site. Found in the Swablu, Buneary, Stantler and Snorunt areas. |
| Spring of Preservation | North of the forest, and the location's named landmark. |
| Buneary area | Holds the Dusk Stone, a Telluric Seed and the stairs the later directions are written from. |
| Snorunt area | Past the second pond. Holds an HP Up, a Rare Candy and a Magical Seed, all behind field moves. |
| Second pond | Where the Ice Heal, Resist Wing and Ice Gem sit. Most of the forest's hidden items are described relative to it. |
| Evergreen Island | South. |
Before you go
- Six field moves are needed — Rock Smash, Cut, Surf, Strength, Rock Climb and Headbutt. Arriving with five is not enough here.
- The Snowballs respawn. If you use them, this is a farm rather than a set of eight pickups.
- Headbutt is required for several items. Bring a Pokemon that can use it or the Golden equivalent, not just the HMs.
- The forest's encounters are Ice-type and sit at levels 35-38, so it is a good place to pick up a Snover or Cubchoo rather than a place to train a Fire-type.
