Route 3 — Pokémon Rejuvenation Route Guide
Route 3 is the short route between Sheridan Village and Goldenleaf Town on Floria Island, and its Gate Plaza is the only place on it worth planning around: it heals your party.

What this area is
Route 3 is a relatively small route leading from Sheridan Village to Goldenleaf Town. The route also leads to Mirage Woods, to which an entrance can be found close to the Sheridan gate, as well as Phasial Cave.
What is here
The route is small and connects in more directions than its size suggests — Sheridan Village to the north-east, Mirage Woods to the north-west, River's End to the south, Goldenleaf Town to the south-west, and Phasial Cave reached from it.
The Gate Plaza is the practical reason to remember the route. It is a gate lodge where you can ask for directions, rest and heal the party for free, and buy essentials from a small shop — which makes it a checkpoint between two towns rather than just a road.
The Traveling Fair is the route's other named feature, and it brings its own vendors: a Sweets Vendor and an Ice Cream Vendor, the same pair that appears in Grand Dream City.
There are two trainers with separate Story and Classic parties — Lizzie, a Schoolgirl with a Mr. Mime and a Meowstic, and Marissa, an Optimist with a Floette and an Azumarill.
The encounters are mid-20s and split across three slots: Fletchinder at 32%, Yamper at 30% and the rest of a 68-row table, which is large for a route this short.
| Landmark | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Gate Plaza | The route's checkpoint: free rest and healing, directions, and a simple shop. |
| Traveling Fair | The route's named feature, with a Sweets Vendor and an Ice Cream Vendor. |
| Phasial Cave | Reached from the route, and worth a separate visit for its field-effect cavern. |
| Mirage Woods | North-west, with an entrance close to the Sheridan gate. |
| Sheridan Village and Goldenleaf Town | The two towns the route connects. |
Before you go
- Use the Gate Plaza to heal rather than walking back to Sheridan or Goldenleaf. It is free and it is the whole reason the route is more than a corridor.
- The route is short but its encounter table is not — 68 rows across three slots, so read which slot a species belongs to before hunting it.
- Phasial Cave is reached from here. If you are passing through, it is worth the detour for the Crystal Cavern and its Mining Rocks.
- Both trainers have separate Classic teams, so the fight is different on a Classic run rather than merely harder.
