Kristiline Town — Pokémon Rejuvenation City Guide
Kristiline Town is the harbour town on Terajuma Island's central islet — the one that spends part of the story frozen solid. This page covers its museum, its notorious TM shop, the Help Center that does not work, and the requests you have to file at Kakori instead.

What is here
Kristiline is built across three small islets joined by bridges, with the Pokémon Center and Sapphire Museum on the middle one and the docks out to the north. It exists in two states in-game — frozen and normal — and the shops and NPCs you find depend on which one you are standing in. Most of what is listed below assumes the normal state, which is when the town is actually worth revisiting.
The reason to come back here is the TMs Shop. An old woman on the island sells a fixed list of high-end TMs, including several that are not available anywhere else at that point in the game, and the last five entries only unlock once you have Fly. The Kristiline Café next door sells Lava Cookies, and the Poké Mart carries an unremarkable but complete stock of healing and repel items.
| Landmark | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Sapphire Museum | The town's main building. There is a Cherish Ball hidden in the bin to the right of the Director, and he pays 10,000 once you help with the statue. |
| TMs Shop | Run by an old woman. Sells the RM-series and high-numbered TMs listed below; the five marked Post-Fly do not appear until you have Fly. |
| Kristiline Café | Sells Lava Cookies, 200 each. |
| Poké Mart | Poké Balls, Great Balls, Super Potions, Full Heals, status cures, Repels and Reverse Candy. |
| Eatery | A Battle Boy inside trades a Prism Scale for an Aquamarine Ore. |
| Kristiline Help Center | Present, but closed and non-functional. See the quest list below. |
| Sapphire Museum / Ranger Center / Glaceon | The three landmarks the wiki uses to place hidden items — Green Shard and a Zygarde Cell near the Museum, Red Shard and an Occa Berry near the Ranger Center, Blue Shard and a Rare Candy near the Glaceon. |
Quests and side content here
| Quest | What it involves |
|---|---|
| Kristiline Help Center requests | The Help Center here does not work. Its requests are handled at a dedicated counter in Kakori Village's Help Center instead, so if you are looking for them, that is where they are. |
| Unlocking the Help Center | You need the Center Keys, which come from Kakori Village's Help Center once you have cleared every request on its left-hand counter. Until then, treat the building here as scenery. |
| Lighthouse help quest | Completing it gets you the Lighthouse Key from the Ranger at the docks. The quest wants a Mareep, so catch one before you start it rather than after. |
| Virtual League badges | Garret is inside the Pokémon Center. He hands over Virtual Badge #7 for beating Pryce and Virtual Badge #8 for beating Clair, each gated on the previous badge, plus 25 Achievement Points once all eight virtual leaders are down. |
| Prism Scale trade | Give the Battle Boy an Aquamarine Ore — found in Aquamarine Cave — and he hands back a Prism Scale. He is inside the Eatery. |
Before you go
- Bring a Pokémon with Cut. The Zygarde Cell to the right of the Sapphire Museum is behind cuttable trees, and a Golden Axe works too.
- Plant berries in the soil to the right of the Ranger Center — it is an Occa Berry spot, and the only free one in town.
- The town is a boat hub: from the Isle of Angels dock you can reach Oceana Pier, Teila Resort, Sashila Village, Akuwa Town and Helojak Island, and the Xen Battleship is moored here too.
- Wild encounters here are levels 40–44 and all grass, so this is a fine place to train a mid-game team rather than a place to hunt anything rare.
TMs sold in Kristiline Town
The old woman's stock. The five entries marked Post-Fly only appear after you have Fly — which is why the shop looks half-empty on a first visit.

Kristiline Town FAQ
Why is the Kristiline Help Center closed?
It is deliberately non-functional. The wiki records that Kristiline's help requests are diverted to a counter on the right-hand side of Kakori Village's Help Center, and that the building here only opens up once you have the Center Keys from Kakori.
Where do I buy TMs in Kristiline Town?
From the old woman in the TMs Shop. She stocks sixteen TMs between 15,000 and 150,000, but five of them — Hone Claws, Mega Kick, Sucker Punch, Charm and Eerie Impulse — are marked Post-Fly and will not appear until you have the Fly field move.
What is there to do in Kristiline Town?
The Sapphire Museum, the TMs Shop, the Café, the Poké Mart and the Eatery are the permanent fixtures. The Help Center, the lighthouse quest and the Prism Scale trade are the side content, and the Virtual League badges come from Garret in the Pokémon Center.
Is Kristiline Town frozen?
For part of the story, yes. The wiki files the town under two separate descriptions — Kristiline Town (Frozen) and Kristiline Town (Normal) — and the shops and NPCs differ between them.
How many items are there in Kristiline Town?
The wiki records 16 item pickups here, 7 of them hidden, across both the outdoor areas and the inner buildings. The table above lists each with its exact location.
