Strange House — Pokémon Rejuvenation Location Guide
The Strange House is a locked lodge in the abandoned village on southern Zorrialyn Coast. Opening it is a two-chapter sidequest, and the reward is the only Gardevoirite in the game.

The house sits in the abandoned village on the southern stretch of Zorrialyn Coast, south of Sashila Village. It is visible the whole time; you simply cannot get in until the key is reforged.
What this area is
The Strange House is a small building with a ground floor, a basement, and an altar room behind a hidden switch. Its size is not the point — it is the destination of the Strange House sidequest, which starts once you reach Sashila Village and cannot be finished until after you beat Adam.
The house also has story weight beyond the reward. Myra, a hermit who came from Sashila Village, lives in it, and the Family Portrait you place inside belongs to a family that once lived in Aevium whose history the game does not explain.
Walking the sidequest
Step one is in Sashila Village. Enter the Research Center on the left side of the village and talk to the villager inside — a male desert dweller — who gives you the House Key for an old lodge on Zorrialyn Coast. The key is rusted, and the first time you try it on the door it breaks.
Step two has to wait for the story. After you beat Adam you can travel to Akuwa Town, and north of the Pokémon Center there is Larry's Locksmith Plaza. Larry will reforge the key, but not for free: he wants two Light Clay and one Hard Stone. Both are sold at the Department of Dreams in Grand Dream City, so buy them before making the trip.
With the Reforged Key the house opens. Inside, interact with the hook on the ground floor and place the Family Portrait. That opens the way down to the altar room, and the Gardevoirite is behind the altar in the basement.
Before you go
Bring the Family Portrait with you. The altar room will not open without it, and without the altar room there is no Gardevoirite — you would have opened the house for nothing.
