How to Enter Pokemon Rejuvenation Passwords
Passwords are a way the player can customize their playing experience: skipping parts of the game, quality-of-life changes, and making the game more or less difficult. You can input passwords at three moments:
- At the start of the game, before your adventure begins — the first opportunity to set up your run.
- During registration with Amanda, the character who handles your trainer registration early in the story.
- Later, by using a Data Drive at a PC — the in-game way to add, change or remove passwords on an existing save.
hello eizen. includes spaces and a period — the game accepts it as written. If a password does nothing, double-check spelling and make sure you are on a save that supports it.
Passwords are completely optional and are not required to finish the game. They work on every platform — Windows, Mac, Linux (including the AppImage build) and Android via JoiPlay or Kirin — because they are handled by the game engine itself, not by the launcher.
Password Categories at a Glance
All V14 passwords fall into four families. Combo packs bundle several codes into one, general passwords are quality-of-life, difficulty passwords tune the challenge, and special passwords skip or change the game structurally — every code in the detailed tables below belongs to one of these:
| Category | What it does | Example passwords |
|---|---|---|
| Combo packs | Activate several passwords at once with a single code — easy, hard or QoL setups. | easymode, hardmode, qol, casspack, litemode |
| General (QoL) | Free items, tool shortcuts and comfort features — Exp. All, Omni Ring, Golden Tools and more. | easyhms, freeexpall, omniring, shinycharm, allfieldapp, mintyfresh |
| Difficulty | Tune enemy IVs/EVs, money flow, item rules and experience for challenge runs. | highstandard, fullevs, nopenny, noitems, noexp |
| Special | Skip sequences, change the protagonist or jump to a later chapter with a premade team. | nointro, 9494, terajuma, act2, hello eizen. |
Debug Mode & Debug Passwords
Pokemon Rejuvenation is built with RPG Maker XP, and in most builds the engine's debug menu is still present in the shipped game. Pressing F9 in-game (community-reported, as of V14) opens the debug menu, which lets you warp between maps, add items and Pokemon, and inspect or change flags. It is a handy tool for testing, but it can bypass story triggers and corrupt quest progress, so always back up your save before using it. If F9 does nothing in your build, check the official Discord for the current method.
For everyday customization, you do not need debug mode at all: the password system covers most needs, and special skip codes like terajuma and act2 act as the game's own "fast-forward" for repeat playthroughs.

Special Passwords
Special passwords change how the game plays at a structural level: skipping sequences, changing the protagonist, or jumping straight to a later chapter with a premade team.
| Password | Alternate name | Effect |
|---|---|---|
nointro |
skipintro | Skips the S.S. Oceana intro sequence. |
9494 |
— | Ana is the player character. To our dear friend, Ana. May you rest peacefully forever. |
terajuma |
— | Skip directly to Terajuma, getting a premade team. |
act2 |
— | Skip directly to West Gearen, getting a premade team. |
hello eizen. |
— | Plays a cutscene. "it's only polite" |
terajuma and act2 start you with a premade team, so treat them as separate runs. The 9494 password is a memorial for a friend of the team — use it with respect. Always back up your save before experimenting with special passwords or debug mode, and note that some effects are delivered after landing on Oceana Pier rather than instantly.Passwords vs Debug Mode: What to Use When
If you only want a smoother or tougher playthrough, use passwords: they are official, save-friendly and cover QoL, difficulty and skipping. If you want to test maps, events or flags, the debug menu is the deeper tool — but it is easy to break quest flags, so keep a backup. For example, a casual first run often starts with easymode or qol, while veterans replaying the story use terajuma or act2 to reach later content quickly. Combine that with the walkthrough guides in the Guides Hub and you have everything you need for a comfortable run.
Pokemon Rejuvenation Passwords FAQ
How to turn on debug mode Pokemon Rejuvenation?
Pokemon Rejuvenation runs on RPG Maker XP, and in most builds you can open the engine's debug menu by pressing F9 in-game (community-reported, as of V14). From there you can warp between maps, add items and Pokemon, and change flags. Debug mode can break story triggers, so back up your save first. If F9 does not respond in your build, ask in the official Discord for the current method.
How do I insert cheat codes in the AppImage build of Pokemon Rejuvenation?
There is nothing special to do on Linux: the AppImage build reads passwords from the same in-game screens as every other version. Start the game, enter the code during registration with Amanda or with a Data Drive at a PC, and the effect applies to that save. No file editing or launcher flags are needed.
What are all passwords Pokemon Rejuvenation offers in V14?
V14 offers five combo packs (casspack, easymode, hardmode, qol, litemode), seventeen general passwords, seventeen difficulty passwords and five special passwords — every code is listed with its effect in the tables on this page. If the wiki adds new codes in a later patch, this list will say so; everything here is accurate as of V14.
Are Pokemon Rejuvenation cheats safe to use?
Passwords are official in-game codes — the developers built them in, so they do not modify your files and are safe to use. The only risks come from skip codes (terajuma, act2) and debug mode, which can advance or alter story flags; back up your save before using those.
Why is 9494 one of the Pokemon Rejuvenation codes?
9494 makes Ana the player character. The wiki dedicates the code with the words: "To our dear friend, Ana. May you rest peacefully forever." It is a memorial implemented by the Rejuvenation Team and is one of the most well-known special passwords in the community.
